Domestic Orders

When will my goods be shipped?


All domestic orders placed before 3PM on a working day are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after are dispatched on the next working day. We work Monday thru Saturday except Public Holidays




How do you ship my order?


For Pan India deliveries, we have chosen ECOM Express, DTDC and Blue Dart to ship our products. While our delivery partners try to service every part of India, there are sometimes exclusions. For any exceptional cases, we will get in touch with you while processing your order.




How can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details of your order. You can track your order by visiting track.diabexy.com




Can I cancel my order?


Prior to your order being dispatched, you may get in touch with us to cancel. You can Call/Whatsapp us on 8448952009 or Email us on orders@diabexy.com




What about returns?


All orders, once shipped, are non returnable. In such case of damage or breakage in-transit, complaints will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

Transit time for domestic orders is as follows: Delhi/NCR - 1 to 2 Working Days Metro Cities - 1 to 3 Working Days North India - 2 to 4 Working Days West India - 2 to 5 Working Days South India - 2 to 6 Working Days North East/J&K - 3 to 6 Working Days Rest of India - 3 to 6 Working Days





International Orders

Where do you ship from?


All our goods are shipped directly from our facility in Gurgaon, India.




What is the procedure for receiving shipments Internationally?


All your orders are packed to include your official "Export Invoice" Depending on the country from which you are purchasing, you may be required to pay Import Duty charges upon clearance. Our courier providers are paid to deliver to your doorstep (after import clearance). Can I cancel my subscription to the Revertiz Program once it has started?
